Cancellations

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.

We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. All reschedules need to be made 48 hour prior to appointment time in order to avoid any fees.

Same day cancellations and no shows will be subject to 100% charge of the services scheduled. There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes (with no contact) your appointment will be cancelled and charged in full. This will allow you to rebook for another time. Thank you so much for your understanding.

All hair extensions orders are 100% non-refundable.


Customer Satisfaction

At our salon, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional hair services that meet and exceed their expectations. We understand that hair is a personal expression of style and identity, and we take great care to ensure that every client leaves our salon feeling confident and beautiful.

To ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with their hair services, we have implemented a three-day policy that allows you to let us know if you are unhappy with your hair. Our policy is designed to be genuine, effective, and accommodating, and we are committed to making sure that every client is happy with their hair.

Here's how our policy works:

  1. If you are not satisfied with your hair, please let us know within three days of your appointment. We want to hear your feedback so that we can address any concerns and make sure that you leave our salon feeling completely satisfied.

  2. We will schedule a complimentary appointment for you to come back and discuss your concerns with your stylist. During this appointment, your stylist will listen to your feedback and work with you to make any necessary adjustments to your hair.

  3. We want you to feel completely comfortable and confident in our salon, so we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. If you would like to see another stylist to further assist you, it would be at full price.

At our salon, we believe that communication is key to ensuring that our clients are happy with their hair services. We value your feedback and are committed to providing you with exceptional service that meets and exceeds your expectations. So, if you are not completely satisfied with your hair, please let us know within three days of your appointment, and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Our policy of no refunds may seem rigid, but please know that we have implemented this policy to ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional hair services to all of our clients. Services, as well as products, are not eligible for refund or return. Our salon is committed to delivering the best possible service to each and every one of our clients, and we take great pride in our work.

We understand that hair is an important part of our clients' identity and personal expression, and we are honored to be a part of that. We want every client to leave our salon feeling happy, confident, and beautiful.

That being said, we also understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and our clients may have concerns about their hair services. We take these concerns seriously, and we are always willing to work with our clients to address any issues that they may have. Our three-day policy allows us to make any necessary adjustments to our clients' hair services and ensure that they leave our salon feeling completely satisfied.

So while our policy of no refunds may seem strict, please know that it is in place to ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional hair services to all of our clients. We value your trust in us and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.
